We will board a 4x4 truck to the La Guajira desert, where we will visit the Manaure Salt Flats. There we will tour the place and learn about the salt extraction process, as well as its cultural and economic importance in the region.
Cape of the Veil
2 hour(s)Next, we will head to Cape of the Veil (Jepira, sacred Wayuu territory) and visit Rainbow Beach, where we can appreciate the multicolored reflections created by the sun and the sea on the rock formations.
Sugarloaf
2 hour(s)Our next stop will be Sugarloaf (Kamaishi), where we will ascend this ancestral Wayuu mountain and enjoy the beautiful golden beach.
Traditional Lunch
1 hour(s)At noon, we will share a lunch in the Wayuu community, a space for cultural and gastronomic exchange that will allow us to get closer to their customs, worldview, and daily life.
Return to Riohacha
