Everything you need to know to book your activity hassle-free: how to receive your tickets, how far in advance to buy and what the experiences include.

(2) Review in the cart that your order is correct (you can also edit it) and click “Continue to checkout”. (3) Fill in your personal details and continue to enter your payment details; finally click “Pay now” (payments with cards and PSE). Not all activities require a specific time slot. Activities without a time slot can be visited from their opening time onwards.
It depends on the activity. In most cases tickets are not nominative and anyone with the QR code can enter. If the activity requires identification, it will be clearly indicated on the activity page.

Yes. You can select the number of participants directly on each activity's page. For large groups with special needs (companies, schools, etc.), write to us before buying and we will help you coordinate.
If you have a promo code, enter it on the page before payment called Checkout; there you will see a “Have a coupon?” section where you should enter the code.
If you cannot add more tickets for a given time or number of participants, it is because there is no availability for that selection or activity. Most activities have a limit of 10 participants per purchase; if you have questions, contact us.
