It only takes 3 steps: (1) Choose the number of participants and the desired date to check availability, select your preferred date and click the “Book now” button. (2) Review in the cart that your order is correct (you can also edit it) and click “Continue to checkout”. (3) Fill in your personal details and continue to enter your payment details; finally click “Pay now” (payments with cards and PSE). I made a booking but still haven't received a confirmation email.

Yes. You can select the number of participants directly on each activity's page. For large groups with special needs (companies, schools, etc.), write to us before buying and we will help you coordinate.

I have a promo code. How can I redeem it?

If you have a promo code, enter it on the page before payment called Checkout; there you will see a “Have a coupon?” section where you should enter the code.

I want to buy more tickets or bookings but it won't let me add more.

If you cannot add more tickets for a given time or number of participants, it is because there is no availability for that selection or activity. Most activities have a limit of 10 participants per purchase; if you have questions, contact us.
